Learn Amma's IAM Technique

This is the FULL COURSE taught in three easy to learn sessions! 

Amma has compasionately made her IAM - Integrated Amrita Meditation technique available to anyone 18 years of age and older who wished to learn the technique and who will practice it regularly and sign and observe the confidentiality agreement.

Those between the ages of 16 and 18 may take the course with the written permission of a parent or guardian. Under 16 years required Amma's permission.

We offer beginner and refresher classes on a regular basis.

Fees - There is no charge for this course however participants may donate to the cost of the hall, supplies, snacks etc. if they choose.
